Thaye Dorje, H.H. the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa in London
We are very happy to announce that Thaye Dorje, H.H. the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa will be visiting London on the 13th and 14th July, 2024.
Thaye Dorje, H.H. the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa is the head of the Karma Kagyu lineage, one of the four main schools of Tibetan Buddhism, which goes back in an unbroken transmission lineage for over nine hundred years.
His teachings, which are suitable for all, will show how the qualities of compassion and loving kindness are fundamental for a happy life and a successful Buddhist meditation practice. In Buddhism, enlightened love has four aspects: the wish for all to be happy, for them to be free of suffering, to rejoice in the happiness of others, and for this to apply to everyone equally.
